Discreet Shipping.
Your order will come packaged in a plain box or mailer. We are required to have an address on your package. The return address on the package will state a “Generic Name.” There is no way of identifying us as the sender of your package. Below is a sample of an order ready to be shipped.
We also include a packing slip of the items ordered.

** UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.** We are sorry about the inconvenience.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
We provide shipping confirmation and tracking number via email the day your order ships.
When We Process & Ship
We process and ship items within 24 hours, Monday – Friday.
All orders processed and shipped same-day, as long as they are received by 3:00pm EST.
We cannot guarantee weekend delivery
We’re closed Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays. We reserve those days for our employees to spend time with their loved ones.
